- Fully open sachet.
- Remove the chest patch and slowly peel away from clear plastic liner.
- Gently press the sticky side of the gel to the area of concern on your chest.
- Wear Soke for 30 minutes. Remove and toss.
If any gel is left behind on your skin, remove with a moist wet cotton pad.
